ALMONDBURY – Dec 27. 3pm: Tyres slashed on numerous parked cars in Highlands Avenue. 6.30pm: A suspect asked to borrow victim’s headphones. He was then threatened with a bottle and robbed of rucksack and the headphones. Three individuals arrested.

December 31 – 4am: Burglars forced open a rear upvc living room window to get into house. Electrical goods stolen.

FENAY BRIDGE – Dec 28. 4pm: Thieves got into two parked cars but without causing any damage. Nothing stolen.

11.59pm: Entry was gained to a vehicle by unknown means and items of property stolen.

LEPTON – Dec 29. 12.05am: Burglars forced open rear upvc kitchen window to get into house and steal electrical goods and car keys. These were used to steal Vauxhall Corsa – which was later recovered.

Dec 31: 9.45pm Criminal damage caused to both sides of a car using sharp implement.

KIRKHEATON – Dec 23. Noon: Burglars jemmied beading in rear patio causing glass pane to smash. They then reached in and unlocked the door using key left in lock on inside. Entry was gained to the house and a car key stolen.

Dec 23. 3.10am: Criminal damage caused by using a large stone from a garden to smash window at front of house.

DALTON – Dec 26. 8pm. Thieves used unknown means to get inside parked vehicle and steal cash and CDs.

Dec 26 4.45pm: Burglars forced open rear dining room window and got inside house. Cash stolen.

Dec 26. 7pm: Thieves stole Audi Coupe which was later recovered.

Dec 28. 9am: Burglars approached a large conservatory window from the rear and smashed glass gaining to access house. Laptop computers and watches stolen.

Dec 28.1.30pm: In a similar raid, burglars approached conservatory door at the back of house and kicked the double glazed glass door out of its casing. The raiders then got into the house and stole cash.

Dec 28. 2.30pm: Burglars forced door to get into garden shed from which three pedal cycles were stolen.

Dec 28. 4pm: A pedal cycle was stolen from a house garden.

RAWTHORPE – Dec 24. 2pm: Criminal damage caused to living room window after an unidentified object was thrown at it smashing outer pane of double glazing.

NEWSOME – Dec 27. 1am:Taxi driver was robbed of cash after picking up fare. Suspect one: Black man, 19 to 24 years old. 5ft 10-5ft 11 tall, medium build, craters on cheeks of face, dark skin colour with squashed nose, teeth looked like they had little gaps between them. He was wearing a black and red baseball cap, black jacket, shiny with the arms made of different material. Suspect two: white man, 19 years, 6ft tall, skinny build, pale skin. He was wearing blue ear warmers and blue hoodie.

Dec 27. 11.59pm: Stone flags stolen from garden at back of property.

Dec 28. 8.30pm: Arsonists smashed windows and damaged door, gaining entry to an uninhabited house. A small fire was lit in cellar.
