BURGLARY Burnlee, June 25. Raider climbed drainpipe and got inside through closed but unlocked UPVC kitchen window and stole purse from handbag, escaping through back door. Burnlee, June 26. Suspect drilled through UPVC frame and window lock to get in. Items including car keys stolen. Raider escaped through back door using keys left in lock then used keys to steal blue Ford Focus reg YS55 NNH. Meltham, June 23. Suspect reached through letter box and hooked up coat dropping it to floor. Keys dropped from pocket taken and used to steal car, Mitsubishi Outlander – recovered. Meltham, June 24. Two males with bolt croppers seen trying to break into the garage by snapping hasp on door. Disturbed and made off in a vehicle towards Netherthong. One of suspects slim, blonde hair aged about 20.
