THREE employees from Arriva bus depots in Heckmondwike and Dewsbury completed a 180-mile cycle ride.
And they did it in pouring rain and high winds to raise money for the NSPCC.
Engineering manager Derek Gibson, 58, and vehicle electrician Kevin Briscoe, 37, both from Heckmondwike, and Dewsbury-based workshop chargehand Phil Kilgariff, 50, completed the Morecambe to Bridlington ride in two days.
Derek said: “We didn’t have ideal weather but we didn’t give up even when we got lost!”
The riders hope to have raised £1,000.
