DALTON School is rightly proud of its performing history.

Children of all ages have excelled in performing through music, singing, dance and drama. Within school, regular concerts have been held for friends and family at different times of the year.

Over the last two years, the newly formed choir has performed in the local community, entertaining senior citizens at a local care home and also at local churches and the Tolson Museum.

One of the school’s musical highlights was being invited to perform on Huddersfield Town Hall stage with The Lindley Band.

This concert was a huge success.

Seven years later, the school is pleased to announce that the choir will be back on stage, singing their hearts out, once again, with this group of very talented musicians.

Join children and staff from Dalton School at Huddersfield Town Hall for an afternoon of singing, music, dance and drama on Sunday, June 23, 2-4pm.

This time the school is pleased the children from Tower Brass and the brass group from St. John’s School, Golcar, will be joining them – forging further community links.
