MR Jose Manuel Barroso, President of the EU Commission has dropped a clanger!
Discussing the treaty-which-is-definitely-not-a-constitution he said: “We have been discussing this treaty for eight years. I think it is about time we agreed on it.”
So when europhiles have stated that this treaty is NOT the same as the constitution which was voted down they were lying.
The worst thing is that europhiles do not even have sufficient shame to appear embarrassed!
