DECEPTIONBogus caller went to front door of house and tried to open it. Elderly occupant came to door and suspect told her he was from the water board and asks if she has a leak. She lets him in and he tells her to go into the kitchen and hold the tap as it runs. He went into toilet, flushed it then went into bedroom and searched it, but nothing stolen. Suspect: white male 26 to 30 years, around 5ft 6ins tall, stocky build, jet black hair, wearing black trousers and a black matching jacket. The jacket had a yellow logo on the left hand side. He spoke with an Irish accent.
