BURGLARYHighburton, Nov 3. Suspect forced open front door of house and elderly male victim challenged him in front hallway. Suspect threw an unopened tin of lager at him, injuring his head. Suspect: white male, early 50s, 5 ft 6ins and of a medium build, light brown short hair and believed clean shaven. Wore light coloured jeans and grey top. Lepton, Nov 9. Suspect walked through insecure side door into lounge where elderly complainant was sat on settee. After asking if she wanted any gardening doing, suspect asked for a drink of water. Complainant left handbag and purse in the lounge and, after suspect drank water and left, she discovered money stolen from purse. Suspect: white male, mid 30s, dark clothing, dark short hair, local accent, slim build, approx 5ft 3ins tall. Clayton West, Nov 8. Europrofile lock snapped on rear upvc kitchen patio doors but thief disturbed by victim and made off. Waterloo, Nov 10. Smashed rear patio window awakening occupants. No entry gained. Scissett, Nov 4. Suspect entered a garage and removed a mountain bike. Two males seen riding away before colliding with a parked car and making off on foot. Bike recovered. Suspects: two white males, ages 15-18 , one taller than the other. One male was wearing a dark coloured hoody, other a lighter, checked hoody.
