HUDDERSFIELD Town coaches took a break from the training pitches to teach youngsters the importance of respect.
The Terriers’ Football in the Community coaches delivered the message about behaviour, both on and off the field, to every single pupil at St Aidan’s First School in Skelmanthorpe.
Each year group was taught the values of respect and why you should respect your colleagues and peers.
Huddersfield Town’s Community Manager Rob Day commented: “The kids at St Aidan’s really took the message of respect on board throughout the day. “We try to explain that in every walk of life they are representing their families and if they disrespect anyone, it can reflect badly on them.”
