FINED £30 for talking back to a police officer? What a joke. I know this man and his family and I cannot imagine anybody taking offence at a simple chat back. This police officer wants a good ticking off.
Would he have not been better spending his time catching criminals instead of fining him? The police want to get their priorities right and waive this fine asap
