ANYONE who has ever organised a fundraising knows how hard it can be – and how many hurdles you have to jump through.

But Lions clubs in Huddersfield and the Examiner has sorted all that out in a bid to help dozens of local charities.

The Examiner Charity Challenge is the major fundraising event of the year in the town.

It provides a range of walks and cycle rides for people to do on Sunday, May 22 – and all they need to do is register, get sponsorship for their favourite charity, do the event and then collect the cash.

The Lions and ourselves sort out all the administration so every penny raised goes direct to the charities.

So what are you waiting for? Sign up today using the form in the Examiner or download one from our website.

And let’s try to beat last year’s phenomenal total of £35,000.
