THE judge in the trial of a Berry Brow man accused of sexual abuse yesterday started his summing up of the evidence.
Judge Peter Benson is expected to ask the jury at Bradford Crown Court to begin their deliberations on Monday in the case of 42-year-old John Darby.
Darby, of Woodhead Road, has denied a series of charges of indecent assault and indecency with a child relating to a woman who claims he sexually abused her more than a decade ago.
Darby has told the court that the allegations have been motivated by hatred and greed.
The trial continues.
