FAMILIES flocked to a summer fair at Lindley Infant School.

The event took place at the East Street site and was organised by the Friends of Lindley Infant School (FOLIS).

It offered a variety of fun attractions aimed at the whole family.

This included cheerleading and karate demonstrations, donkey rides, music, a fire engine and stalls and games.

There were ice creams and a stall with cakes made by parents.

Young visitors also got the chance to take part in a fancy dress competition.

All of the money raised will go towards school funds.
