THE traditional art of marmalade making will be displayed to the public next weekend.

Mrs Pearson will be in her Victorian kitchen at Colne Valley Museum in Golcar on Saturday and Sunday demonstrating the versatility of Oranges and Lemons.

Meanwhile the popular It'll Never Catch On in Golcar exhibition celebrating the museum’s 40th birthday continues each weekend until Sunday February 27.

The museum, at Cliffe Ash, Golcar, is open Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays from 2pm to 5pm.

Several members meet every other Tuesday evening at the museum to learn and practise various traditional crafts.

Colne Valley Art Society meets weekly, and produces a popular annual exhibition at the museum.
