Zumba on down to Latin dance classes
A NEW class has shimmied its way into Almondbury Sports Centre.
Latin inspired Zumba classes will take place on Tuesday and Thursday at the facility, which is based at Almondbury High School. Zumba is known as the “exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party” and everyone is welcome to go along.
Each session costs £3.70 and no experience, specialist clothing or equipment is necessary.
The sports centre is open to the public Monday to Thursday between 5.15pm and 10.15pm, with last admittance to the gym at 9pm and Sundays 10.30am to 4.30pm.
