PUPILS at Rastrick Independent School have won trophies for their successes.
Isobel O’Prey, Santiago Swain, Mollie Bower, Natasha Clegg, Lewis Stephenson and Mattie Gann, won year prizes and Charlie Sykes, Grace Turner and Chloe Baggaley won Margaret Norton Awards for Reading.
Harrison Layden Fritz won the Wyn Moore Trophy for maths and the winner of the Liz Green Trophy for English was Amber Primus. Conrad Berriff won the arts award, Laurence Vines the music trophy, and Harvey Rowe Outstanding Sportsmanship Award.
The Governors’ Award for Perseverance went to Naomi Grierson and Harrison Layden Fritz claimed the overall achievement award.
Head teacher, Susan Vaughey said: “He (Harrison) is a credit to the school and is our best ambassador. We are so proud of him.”
