Bradley students enjoyed fun in the sun to celebrate their school’s feast day.

All Saints Catholic College gathered together for contemplation and reflection with a service of thanks led by Father Nicholas Hird.

And in the afternoon  last Wednesday activities had more of a  fairground theme which including a tug of war, karaoke, and inflatable slides.

Deputy Head Teacher Stuart Cousins said: “The weather was kind to us as we reflected on all that we had to give thanks for.

“We also used candles to represent our wider family of schools and remembered them in our prayers.

“Our celebrations continued in the afternoon when students were given a free afternoon to take part in different activities such as inflatable slides and fun runs, space-hoppers and  sumo wrestling.

“Our students did us proud and behaviour was fantastic.

“It was a memorable and enjoyable day and a celebration of thanksgiving that we hope will become an annual event,” he said.
