Jayray Vehicle Solutions Ltd in Scissett has been listed as one of the best for providing excellent customer service for the second year running by the West Yorkshire Trading Standards’ Motor Trade Partnership.
Graham Hebblethwaite, chief officer of West Yorkshire Trading Standards Service, said: “When taking a car for a service or MOT, the last thing any consumer wants is to be worrying whether they have made the right choice of garage.”
The Motor Trade Partnership list was compiled after Trading Standards dealt with a series of complaints about rogue traders and they wanted to point customers in the direction of the best.
