I REGULARLY travel past Shore Head at night and now the dark nights are here the shabbiness of the Kingsgate Centre’s electrics are there for all to see.
Firstly, the newly erected Christmas trees on the outside of the centre facing Shore Head need immediate repairs already. The one opposite the university is totally unlit at night whilst the far one, opposite Sainsbury’s, is only half-lit.
The store names signs are also poorly maintained and have been for many a month now, with the Beatties sign only half-lit and TKMaxx partially lit also.
How long does it take to change a light bulb, or are these staff now temporarily working in Santa’s grotto?
