Pupils at Birdsedge First School enjoyed lessons with a difference.

And they got the chance to dress up in weird and wonderful costumes for lessons as part of Space Week.

These lessons included maths problems such as counting the number of legs on aliens, and science when the children studied the molecular properties of goo and slime.

They also enjoyed role-play sessions in which they made a giant spaceship in the school hall and ICT sessions, which including robot dancing.
