SWIFTS shrugged off last week’s defeat to seal a tremendous victory.
Weather conditions were very poor but Swifts put in a splendid well drilled performance.
Man of the Match Ronan Sylvester was back from injury this week and scored a fantastic hat trick. Sylvester was the first to power off the line and score in the opening minutes. Top grafter Ronan Costello did well to notch four tries and joint grafter Nathan Taylor picked up a loose ball and ran the full length of the pitch to cross the line.
Tom Alexander backed up Taylor and took a great pass which enabled him to score a try.
Swifts defence was solid throughout the game. Top Tackler Luke Ramsden kept the opposition at bay and often got his opponent at the marker position. Ben Jessop, and Ben Lawton both tackled well with Nathan Jessop and Niall McClory making some good ground during the game. Conversions came from Costello, Lawton and Taylor.
