Tesco are making another bid to turn a former Huddersfield pub into a store.
Their latest bid for the former Grey Horse in Halifax Road, Birchencliffe, will come at a planning meeting next week.
A previous application for the site was rejected by councillors some months ago – despite a recommendation from planning officials.
