I CHANGED from BT to Talk Talk to get my broadband and I finally got connected after three months of hassle.
I was told all this time that it’s not a strong enough phone line from BT, but they were going to sort it out. Give us five working days I was told time and again.
Finally a BT engineer checked at my house and the BT exchange, then found out the exchange needed new equipment installing.
I had been sent a wireless router and wireless stick to try and success at last, but I don’t know much about the speed of broadband.
