WALKERS are today heading back to Huddersfield on a walk organised by the Penistone Line Partnership and Kirklees Countryside Volunteers.
Head Back to Huddersfield! is the name of the eight mile walk which starts from Stocksmoor and meanders across the green cross-country route back into town.
The walkers were meeting up at Stocksmoor Station at 9.35am. The leader is Liz Colquhoun.
On Saturday February 20 walkers take to the Penistone Line Trail : Part VI, setting out from Brockholes and heading off via Honley , Berry Brow, Lockwood to finish at Huddersfield. leader is Stuart Parker.
The eight mile walk starts from Brockholes Station at 9.40am.
