Welcome to the Examiner's live news updates.
A severe crash on the M62 has shut the entire westbound carriage after a car pulling a caravan overturned just before junction 22.
The vehicles were scattered across lanes one and two and the two lanes were intially shut as highways officers came to the scene.
A spokesperson for Highways England has said all three lanes are now shut.
Queues are as far aback as seven miles near Outlane - although will get much longer.

Car and caravan split apart in accident and ended up in separate lanes
Here is what we’ve been told by Highways England:
“We were called at 10.37am to reports of a collision just before the exit sliproad at junction 22 of the M62 westbound.
“A car pulling a caravan has overturned in lane one. They’ve become detached, with one ending up in lane one while the other came to rest in lane three.
“We’re trying to move the bits over to the hard shoulder so we can open the lanes to recover the scene. There is also a fuel spillage which needs cleaning up.”
