A 23-YEAR-OLD man was due to appear in court today, charged in connection with the investigation into a clubgoer's murder.

The Huddersfield man was arrested on Saturday night by detectives probing the killing of 23-year-old Leeds man Michael Hanley, who was shot outside Sheridan's Bar in Ravensthorpe on December 27 last year.

The man has been char- ged with witness intimidation and was appearing before Huddersfield magistrates. Last Thursday 18-year-old Darren Foley, of Dalton, appeared before magistrates in Dewsbury, charged with Mr Hanley's murder.

He was remanded in custody to appear at Leeds Crown Court on April 6.
