TRANSPORT officials are investigating the case of a man jailed for fraudulently sitting driving theory test exams.

The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) said more prosecutions could follow the jailing of Shivan Ibrahim.

Ibrahim, 29, was arrested in Huddersfield and jailed for 18 months for fraudulently sitting the tests for other people.

He carried out the scam at least 12 times and the DSA said it was now looking at bringing more action against the drivers involved.

A spokesman said: “We will always look at cases where drivers may be using licences to which they are not entitled.”
