TWO men who chased a mugger are being sought by police.
The pair intervened when they saw a 22-year-old woman have her bag snatched on St John’s Road in Birkby on Friday night.
The woman was pushed to the ground as the attacker ran up from behind her at about 7.50pm.
He was about 5ft 7ins tall, slim and wearing a black jacket and dark jeans. Anyone with information, especially the two witnesses, should contact Det Con Marie Whitehouse at Huddersfield CID on 01484 436685.
