PLANNING inspectors will decide whether councillors were right to refuse a scheme to build 20 flats in Hipperholme.
Younger Homes (Northern) applied to build the apartments.
However, the development on land at the junction of Thompson Close and Halifax Road was turned down by Calderdale Council.
Younger Homes is appealing against that decision.
Members of the public can make comments about the scheme to the Planning Inspectorate.
Three copies of any representation must be sent.
