Police have appealed for witnesses after a teenage motorcyclist was hurt in a smash at Milnsbridge.
Emergency services were called to Manchester Road, near the junction with Factory Lane, just after 6pm on Sunday.
It is understood the motorcyclist, aged just 17, struck the back of a parked black Mercedes van.
The teenager, who has not been named, suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries.
He was being treated at Leeds General Infirmary.
