POLICE have renewed an appeal for help in trapping armed robbers who struck in Batley.

They are asking for witnesses to a robbery which occurred at a snooker centre on Bank Street in Batley on Tuesday, October 27 to come forward.

At around 11pm three men were threatened with what is believed to have been a firearm and assaulted by around nine masked men.

The victims had an amount of cash and personal belongings stolen from them and suffered minor injuries.

There are no further descriptions of the men and enquiries are currently ongoing.
