AN ARTIST has given Huddersfield’s theatre a dramatic new twist.
Paddock man Ali White has created a photomontage of images of the Lawrence Batley Theatre.
He took pictures of every part of the theatre, from the main stage to the boiler room.
The montage went on display in the foyer this week and will remain until the end of June.
Ali said: “Most of my work is a form of painting by other means, using fragments of photography.
“People will see something they instantly recognise but it will be presented in a different way, like an artist’s impression of the theatre.”
