LOCAL artist Nigel Cook has raised hundreds of pounds for Kirkwood Hospice over the last year by attending events and drawing cheeky caricatures for visitors to take home.

Now he has continued his support by donating a painting of former Town legend Andy Booth, for Kirkwood Hospice to raffle and raise funds towards patient care.

Cook has been a full time artist for many years doing live caricatures in many theme parks, wedding receptions, parties and charity events.

He is pictured (left) presenting the painting to the Hospice’s Kate Leadbeater and Andy Booth at The Galpharm Stadium.
