From the Union Jack to the Mini Cooper, red double-decker buses to Burberry trenchcoats, some things are just unmistakably British.

The top British designs have been revealed following a survey of 2,000 people — and one of the top 25 has a Huddersfield connection.

Coming in at number 12 is the Aston Martin DB5, made famous by 007 himself, James Bond — and Aston Martin was once led by Huddersfield businessman Sir David Brown.

The top 25 chart includes fashions, cars, planes, and even the London Underground map.
