CHILDREN with learning disabilities took part in an athletics competition in Huddersfield.
More than 50 youngsters - including the ones from Longley School who are seen in our pictures - gathered in the sports barn at Leeds Road Playing Fields.
They competed in running, throwing and jumping events.
Pupils from Lydgate School at New Mill also took part.
They were joined by youngsters from Scissett and Kirkburton middle schools.
