Little Thea Flynn had her moment in the spotlight.
Thea was one of many youngsters who were taken along to the special photo studio set up on The Piazza.
Last year hundreds of children were photographed and the Examiner hopes there will be a similar response this time around, to follow in the footsteps of the 2013 winner Lucas Jennings.
He became the youngest winner since the contest’s gleaming trophy was first awarded 41 years ago, back in 1973.
If you think you have the cutest kid in town, get an entry form from your Examiner today and come along to one of our free photo sessions which are taking place between yesterday and Saturday August 23.
They are taking place at Unit 3 in The Piazza Centre. After the photo session, the photographer will give you a date to come back to choose which photograph you would like
to enter the competition and to appear in paper.
The photo sessions are Monday to Saturday only, from 10am- 4pm, with a break for the photographers between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.
Entrants must come from the Examiner’s circulation area and will be placed in one of the following categories according to their age on August 23, 2014: 0-9 months, 9-18 months, 18 months to 3 years, 3 years to 5 years.
