Dixon's best game for HTAFC. All round team effort. Subs brought on at the right time. Great atmosphere too. Trevor, Horbury

Lacklustre game with little to get excited about but still a good win. Ward for Scannell on Saturday please. Charles, Holmfirth

Workman like performance sacrificed Norwoods passing for Claytons workrate worked but not good on the eyes. let Barnsley have too much ball need to quicken up but A GREAT RESULT AND GREAT FOLLOWING. Colin, Kirkheaton

Did not close Barnsley down & surrendered too much possession for an hour. Luckily Barnsley are shot-shy at the moment. Much better for last half hour when subs Ward & Lee made a big impact. Keeper saved well from Novak & Church to deny Town a comfortable win. Paul, Shipley.

Grinding out results is fine but tough period coming up and need a spark to get through it. Paul,York

Not the best match ever, but another 3, well grinded out points. Good team effort. Steve B, Linthwaite.

Never easy at Oakwell for Town a good solid professional performance Dixon Southern Clayton Novak and Church stood out. A well worked goal and a good finish by Beckford .Limited Barnsley to a couple of chances a good clean sheet Bradley Blues.

Barnsley had the better of the passing game but we took our chance from the one decent first half move and had chances in the 2nd half to make things more comfortable.

Another battling display to grind out another 1-0 win. Not at our best against another club struggling and the tempo was not there yet again. Pity we can´t play just the top teams every week. Stephen, Tenerife

1-0 will not reflect this one sided game, but a clean sheet is always welcome in a Local Derby, great cross from Church for Becks to score. All Simon Grayson's signings to date have been qualility, in Simon we trust. Great to have taken part in the KIU walk today, well done to all. Bob Farrell, Barnet.

Southern and Dixon were outstanding, Ward was very good after coming off the bench but Scannell was poor and looked uninterested throughout!

Good result and great three points. We do need to concentrate more with our basic passing game though. The result of not doing, is often putting ourselves under needless pressure. Kev, Sowerby Bridge

True Grit 11, we never really looked like conceding and with Barnsley voting their keeper man of the match that says it all. We have nothing to fear in this league. Trojanhorse, Kirkburton

Good workmanlike performance for the three points. Fantastic travelling support and a great result in Beeston!! Tony, Golcar

First half was dire. Barnsley were very poor opposition and I think Town made it look a lot harder than it was. Disappointed there was no second goal which I think the brilliant Town faithful deserved. Lynch and Clayton the two best performances.
