A MARSDEN woman has been handed an anti-social behaviour order.

Mother-of-two Martine Boschat, 27, from Market Walk, was handed the temporary order by Huddersfield magistrates yesterday.

Prosecutor Dermot Pearson, acting for Kirklees Council, asked that until another hearing next week Boschat be subject to the five-condition order.

These conditions mean Boschat should not behave in a way which would harass, alarm or distress anybody.

They also say she should not make nuisance phone calls.

The conditions also ban her from two Marsden pubs, The Shakespeare and The Old New Inn.
