REALITY TV contestant Lesley Sanderson was warned about going into the Big Brother house, it emerged today.
The Skelmanthorpe housemate confided in her mum Heather, 39, about applying for the hit Channel 4 show months before auditions began.
The Huddersfield Technical College student decided to apply after watching last year's show.
Her mum Heather said the performing arts student wanted to be famous.
She said: "She has a star quality and definitely wants the fame.
"She asked if I would allow her to go into the Big Brother house and we spoke about it a lot beforehand.
"I told her whatever she does in the house is going to reflect on her life when she gets out.
"I did not expect her to get her boobs out straight away.
"I was a bit upset but then I thought they are only boobs.
"We are all really proud of her and will support her all the way."
She said her daughter enjoyed pranks and had taken water bombs into the house with her.
She said: "She is really bubbly and outgoing and she does do things for a laugh. She is not shy."
But she said there was another side to the former Shelley High School pupil.
She said: "She is a really soft, gentle person but she will speak her mind and tell them what she feels."
Lesley lives at home with her parents Heather and her self-employed builder dad Paul, 36.
She has three younger brothers - Paul, 15, Jamie, 13, and 10-year-old Kieran - and four dogs.
She is believed to be dating IT worker John Atkinson, of Shepley, although her family did not think it was serious.
Lesley quit her job doing temporary office work for clients including Kirklees Council to go into the house.
She was also due to sit her English A-level, for which she has been studying part-time, in June.
