FIVE people arrested over an attack on a man in Birkby are still on bail.
The 29-year-old victim remains in hospital following the incident on October 20.
He was taken to Leeds General Infirmary after being left for dead with serious head injuries outside the Deluxe Beds factory at the junction of Blacker Road and Kingcliffe Road.
His condition has improved slightly and he is stable.
Four teenagers – two 17-year-olds along with a youths aged 15 and 16 – and a 30-year-old man were arrested.
They were released on bail pending further inquiries.
