A BURGLAR fled empty-handed after being spooked by an alarm.
He broke into a house at Hullenedge Lane in Elland at about 10am on Tuesday May 19, but ran off when the alarm sounded.
An anonymous witness spoke to the police to report a white man in his 30s with dark hair running from the house and getting into a grey 530i BMW, with the possible registration number PE02 CRF.
Police want to speak to the witness or anyone with information.
