The jury trying British National Party leader Nick Griffin on race hate charges over a speech he made in West Yorkshire will hear the prosecution's case against him. The retrial of Griffin, 46, and fellow BNP activist Mark Collett will get under way at Leeds Crown Court. Griffin, of Llanerfyl, Powys, mid Wales, is charged with two counts of using words or behaviour intended to stir up racial hatred. The charges relate to a speech he made in Keighley in 2004.
