A BOY climbed up to a tree house - but got stuck after accidentally knocking over his ladder.
As he clambered up to the tree house on land off Fernside Close, Almondbury, he pushed the ladder over.
It was so heavy a friend could not lift it up and called firefighters on his mobile phone.
Watch manager Glenn Brown said: "He was only about 12ft up, so we helped him down one of our ladders.
"He said he wasn't at school because it was a teacher training day."
