A HUDDERSFIELD teenager has been accused of committing four burglaries – three of them on his own road.
Curtis Nelson, 18, of Alandale Road, Bradley, is also alleged to have caused grievous bodily harm to his partner Amber Greaves and been found in possession of cannabis.
Nelson is believed to have burgled three houses in Alandale Road along with one in Brooklands, Bradley, between December and January.
It is alleged that police searched his home and found some of the missing items.
According to his defence lawyer Mike Sisson-Pell, Nelson has suggested that he may have acquired the goods but did not steal them.
He was refused bail and will reappear at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court via video link on February 23.
