A BRIDE'S happy memories of her wedding day and honeymoon may have been lost forever.

Ebba Hogan has appealed to Examiner readers for help to trace the digital camera she lost at a family celebration this weekend.

Ebba, 34, husband Simon and other members of her family attended a cousin's birthday celebrations at Huddersfield's Irish Centre in Fitzwilliam Street on Saturday evening.

Her dad Steve Fitt explained: "Ebba left the camera containing 200 photos of her wedding day at the Briar Court Hotel and honeymoon in Sicily, on a table at the party.

"When she returned home, she didn't have it with her.

"She is really upset because she hadn't had chance to store the images on the computer and now all those happy memories could have been lost forever."

The family have checked at the venue, but the Samsung camera has not been found.

They have reported the loss to the police.

Anyone who can help return the memory card or the camera should contact the police or the Examiner on 01484 437771.
