HAIRDRESSERS donned their trainers for a charity run.
The stylists at the Edward and Co salon on Bradford Road, in Brighouse raised £500 by running the Jane Tomlinson Run for Life Leeds 10K.
And they picked a cause close to their hearts to run for – Overgate Hospice at Elland which looks after terminally ill people.
Some of the staff have had family cared for at the Elland hospice.
Salon owner Gary Taylor said: “With so many people being cared for by the hospice we wanted to give something back – it was a great feeling.”
