PATRIOTIC villagers and church-goers got together to celebrate St George.
People gathered in Brockholes to witness the sixth annual St George dragon parade.
The community event, centred on St George’s Church, saw the dragon procession march through the village accompanied by a band.
It also featured special services about the patron saint and a host of activities including a barbecue, face painting and games.
Donations were collected for the NSPCC and church funds.
