BURGLARS have again targeted houses in Lockwood and Netherton.
Police revealed there had been eight break-ins in the area in the past week, with the stolen property valued at several thousand pounds.
Thieves struck twice in Meltham Road and twice in Devonshire Street, in Lockwood.
There were also raids on homes in William Street, Henry Frederick Avenue and Mercer Close, in Netherton.
The stolen property included laptop computers, jewellery, a handbag, cash, an XBox 360 and computer games.
