POLICE are hunting a would-be burglar whose attempt to target a Lockwood house was foiled by the owner.
The suspect entered a house on Fenton Road at 2.15pm on Friday, through an unlocked door. But as he moved through the house, he was confronted by the 58-year-old homeowner.
The suspect made off empty-handed.
He is described as a white male, aged 20 to 22, 5ft 7ins tall, of thin build.
