CALDERDALE is still a hung council after the elections.
Tories stay as the largest party, but are down by three seats.
Independents were the biggest gainers, up by two seats to three.
Independent Colin Stout kept his seat in Brighouse, where he was elected, along with two Tories.
Party standings are: Con 21, Lib Dem 15, Lab 9, BNP 3, Ind 3.
