ARTS and culture grants are up for grabs.
Community and voluntary groups are being invited to apply for funding for arts and cultural projects and events which are being run for and involve residents of Kirklees.
Eleven grants of just under £10,000 were awarded to local schemes in the last financial year and the new grant fund is now open for applications.
For projects taking place after August this year, the deadline for funding applications is April 30 and decisions will be made by the end of June.
For projects taking place after December 1 the deadline for funding applications is August 31 and the decisions will be made by the end of October.Š
For projects taking place after April 1, 2012 the deadline for funding applications is December 31 and decisions will be made by the end of February 2012.
